At arche-footwear.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange policy.
How to Return or Exchange
- Log in to your account on Arche-Footwear.com and go to “My Orders.”
- Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and follow the instructions.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all tags and labels.
- Ship the package using a tracked delivery service.
Important Information
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order on Arche-Footwear.com.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as socks) cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
